Last night marked the ongoing season’s end for WWE Raw that came along with a huge fatal-5-way main event match to declare a new contender for the Universal Championship. The challenger for the women’s championship was in action against Nikki Cross where there was also a rematch from the King Of The Ring tournament final. WWE RAW opened with the Universal Champion Seth Rollins who talked about the consecutive attacks suffered by The Fiend Bray Wyatt. He admitted not seeing anything like this for the past 7 years he’s been in the WWE. Braun Strowman came out and blamed him for losing the tag team titles at Clash Of Champions. He also laid down a challenge to the champion as we received a match between them for later the night.

The Viking Raiders vs. Luke Gallows and Karl Anderson was the opening contest of WWE RAW where Ivar took control of the match hitting a big knee on Anderson. AJ tried to interfere as the referee ejected him from ringside. Cedric Alexander came out to have a brawl with him on the stage. The OC took advantage of this. Anderson hit a Spinebuster for a two count. Erik then slid out of a Magic Killer and tagged in Ivar to hit the Viking Experience to get the win.
Rusev vs. EC3 took place on WWE Raw where the latter one was running towards the ropes for a crossbody but Rusev caught him in the air and dropped him with a big side-slam. He hit the Machka Kick and hit in the back with a stomp before locking in the Accolade on EC3 for the win.
Sasha Banks came out with SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley at her side to take on against one half of the Women’s Division Tag Team Champions Nikki Cross. Cross unloaded on Sasha before sending her to the ground. Banks re-entered the ring and slammed Cross face-first on the floor to take control of the match. She targeted the injured leg of Cross to keep her down. Cross still hit a crossbody on Banks, but Banks rolled through into the Bank Statement to get the submission win. After the match, Sasha punished Alexa Bliss with the Bank Statement before heading to the back.
WWE To Present Raw & Smackdown With Fresh Look, Next Week
Lacey Evans vs. Ember Moon was the next lineup on WWE Raw where the latter one took control of the match with a drop-kick. Moon hit a crossbody off the ropes for a 2 count before Evans grounded her with double boots. Moon caught her with a big Stunner on the floor from the apron to come back. She went for the Eclipse only to digest a Women’s Right from Evans who followed up with the Sharpshooter to get the submission victory.
Carmella ran into the ring with WWE 24/7 Champion R-Truth on WWE Raw as a bunch of superstars were out chasing them. She sounded exhausted of this chase, every week. Truth hugged her but Carmella rolled him up to win the 24/7 Championship. Truth was excited about the win and escorted out Carmella escaping the arena.
King of the Ring winner Baron Corbin took on Chad Gable in a rematch from the KOTR finale. Corbin came out with black robe and scepter and cut a promo claiming a win over Gable who hit a neckbreaker to start the match. Corbin took his the leg out and slammed Gable’s head into the steel ring steps. Gable avoided an End of Days and applying the ankle lock in the middle of the ring. Corbin broke the hold hitting Gable with the sceptre to disqualify the match. He continued punishing Gable with it even after the match was over.

The Fatal 5 Way Elimination Match to Crown a New #1 Contender happened on WWE Raw with the lineup of Rey Mysterio vs. Ricochet vs. Robert Roode vs. AJ Styles vs. Shinsuke Nakamura. The latter name executed a Kinshasa on Ricochet to eliminate him. Styles nailed Nakamura with a Phenomenal Forearm for elimination but Roode planted him with a DDT to get him out of the match. Mysterio caught Roode with a 619 and followed up with a splash for the win!
A non-title match was the main event of WWE Raw featuring Braun Strowman and WWE Universal Champion Seth Rollins. Strowman was in control for the better part of the match who delivered two Running Powerslams on Rollins and tried to pin him inside the ring. The lights went out as The Fiend Bray Wyatt appeared to the ring. He put down Strowman with the Mandible Claw and taunted Seth Rollins like last week. The Fiend applied the Mandible Claw on Strowman for a second time as the show went off the air.
