Cody Rhodes wrestled at Hell in a Cell against Seth Rollins in the main event of the night from the WWE Raw brand while being injured. Showing valiant efforts, he also won that match, earning three straight PLE wins over The Messiah.

Regarding the injury, it was announced that Rhodes suffered a partially torn right pectoral tendon during a brawl with Seth Rollins this past Monday on WWE Raw. The tendon tore completely off the bone during weight training on Friday,

Rhodes’ efforts for competing in an injured state were praised by WWE fans and officials. In an emotional promo delivered after Hell in a Cell, Rhodes announced that he will discuss his injury more on tonight’s WWE Raw. He also wanted everyone to know that no one in the WWE convinced him to perform but it was his decision to keep the scheduled HIAC main event intact.

In the bygone PPV event, Bobby Lashley defeated Omos and MVP in a handicap match. It came down to a 3-on-1 situation with Cedric Alexander joining the heels to stand against Lashley. But in the end, it was Lashley who stood tall by picking up the win over MVP via his Hurt Lock submission.
With this win, the ongoing feud between Lashley and Omos has come to an end, Lashley is now focused on getting back to the WWE Championship picture. In a tweet following Hell in a Cell, The All-Mighty posted a picture of him kissing the WWE Championship belt which is an indication that the top babyface player of WWE Raw will be on the hunt for the title.

WWE Raw Preview (06/06/22): Miz and Maryse to promote their TV show
It was announced during an episode of Miz TV, last week that Maryse will return to WWE Raw, this week to celebrate the Miz and Mrs. Season 3 premiere. This show will now air on Monday nights after WWE’s flagship show goes off the air at 11 PM ET on the same shot USA Network.
The new episodes will follow The Miz joining Dancing With The Stars competition while he will be celebrating his wedding anniversary with Maryse. The couple will also be having a pregnancy scare, getting their mothers into dating, and more in the coming season. Hence, we expect plug-ins about these contents when Miz and Maryse appear on WWE Raw.
