Hell in a Cell 2022: Rhea Ripley appeared without the usual ring gear
In more news from the same match, Rhea Ripley got the social media buzzing by wearing short trunks instead of her regular gear at Hell in a Cell 2022. This change was loved by a lot of fans but that improvisation isn’t expected to last. After the show, Ripley seemingly confirmed that her original outfit didn’t arrive on time and she had to utilize some other clothes.
This wasn’t obviously the first time that Ripley was forced to make a last-minute outfit change. In a recent interview, The Nightmare revealed how she once donned fellow male wrestler Damian Priest’s pants after losing her suitcase during her travel to a WWE show.
At Hell in a Cell 2022, Edge, Damian Priest, and Rhea Ripley of The Judgment Day would go on to defeat AJ Styles, Finn Balor, and Liv Morgan in a six-man mixed tag team action in Chicago, Illinois. Towards the closing moments, Balor attempted to hit Edge with Coup De Grace but Ripley was there to protect Edge. Edge capitalized on the distraction and connect with Spear on Balor for the pin to win.
