WWE Raw Preview (13/01/19): Fist Fight, Styles-Orton, Rusev-Lashley, Black-Murphy

Tonight marks the second episode of WWE RAW for the New Year and we will be getting a fully loaded up show. Four separate matches alongside the WWE champion’s appearance have been confirmed for tonight to make the stakes higher than ever. Aleister Black will deliver the third match against Buddy Murphy to continue their feud.

The Bulgarian Brute will return to action against Bobby Lashley that is going to be a physical contest. Another rematch is set where The Viper will go one on one against The Phenomenal One. Also, there will be a historic six-man tag fistfight in the main event slot on the show that will emanate from the Rupp Arena in Lexington, Kentucky.

The main event match for this week’s WWE RAW is going to happen with the same lineup to that of last week. Big Show teams up with Kevin Owens and Samoa Joe to take on Seth Rollins and AOP. But this time around, a fistfight stipulation is added to the contest.

We have not seen such a match in the history of WWE which is why the expectation is that the rules of the matches will be declared earlier to the contest. But it will be interesting whether Team Rollins cam bounces back after the humiliation from last week.

Aleister Black and Buddy Murphy have been involving in a feud for the past several weeks to prove why they are the bright talents that could be an asset to WWE Raw, moving forward. Another rematch is set on WWE Raw where Bobby Lashley and Rusev go to war as the three-month-long rivalry continues. Rusev promised that he will come back as the Bulgarian Brute to do unspeakable things to his opponent and deliver his ripped body to Lana. Liv Morgan will also be standing by his side to neutralize Lana’s interference. So we hope Rusev can pick up the win, this time around.

AJ also sent a message to Orton by destroying Akira Tozawa, last week with Orton’s pendant moves showing that he is ready.

So, it is going to be a heated contest between the two veteran superstars that is likely to steal the show. Perhaps, The OC’s presence will give the upper-hand to Styles and help win this match.

Brock Lesnar will make consecutive appearances on WWE Raw en route to Royal Rumble to build up the PPV. After declaring himself as the number one entrant, we expect someone from the locker room to suffer the wrath of the Beast Incarnate.

Also, Asuka will seek retribution against Becky Lynch who dropped her with fist shot, last week to build a mega match following its first anniversary at the Royal Rumble event.
