Judgment Day is the headliner of this week’s WWE Raw after a drastic change in the faction as the former leader has been kicked out of the group. Under new leadership, we wonder how things will change for this dominant group.
A rematch from Hell in a Cell PLE will go down on the show alongside the builds for the next PLE in line, Money in the Bank. A couple of qualifiers are expected while the title match storyline will progress on the show that takes place at the INTRUST Bank Arena in Wichita, Kansas.
WWE Legends The Bella Twins Become Grand Marshalls For NASCAR Event
Finn Balor, Damian Priest, and Rhea Ripley betrayed WWE Hall of Famer Edge on last week’s WWE Raw to begin a new chapter for The Judgment Day faction. Edge originally introduced Balor to the group as the newest member. After Balor was done explaining his reasons for joining the group, Priest mentioned how it was time for them to get rid of the weak link and that’s Edge.
Edge. Priest, Balor, and Ripley then laid a beatdown on the Rated R Superstar, powerbombing him through the announcer’s table, punishing him with a Glasgow Grimace with a broken chair leg, and then finally putting him down with a Con-Chair-To.
This betrayal angle on WWE Raw was done to write Edge off WWE TV for the time being as Judgment will continue to grow its strength. Going by WWE’s below statement on the official website, we would see the heel trio in full force,
“The sinister group Edge founded quickly turned on its creator when Bálor, Damian Priest and Rhea Ripley attacked Edge, delivering a beating which left the WWE Hall of Famer with a non-displaced orbital floor fracture.
With an all-new look, what does The Judgment Day have in store next? Tune in to Monday Night Raw at 8/7 C on USA to find out!”

WWE Raw Preview (13/06/22): Fresh title feud to kick-off

Judgment Day’s Rhea Ripley is yet to comment on the betrayal unlike Balor or Priest but she has been trending since winning a Fatal-4-Way main event to become the Number-one Contender to Bianca Belair’s WWE Raw Women’s Championship. Ripley vs. Belair has been made official for the upcoming Money in the Bank premium live event and the fresh rivalry is expected to kick off starting tonight.
WWE Raw Saturday Night’s Main Event Results: Seth Rollins-Becky Lynch In Action
Last week, Ezekial defeated Otis in a singles action and got on the mic to issue a challenge to Kevin Owens for a rematch from Hell in a Cell. Owens was down with the idea but he wanted Ezekial to admit that he is Elias and only then he’d grant him his rematch. “I admit my name is Elias,” Ezekial stated to eventually get the rematch.
But it appeared to be only a ruse by Ezekiel who lied in order to get Owens to agree to the match. Ezekial then delivered his patented high-knee on Owens before making the exit and getting rid of Owens and The Alpha Academy. Owens won the highly physical match at HIAC but now it’s time for Ezekiel to settle the score.

A Championship Contender’s match was also there on WWE Raw where The Usos went up against The Street Profits. Per the stipulation, if The Profits were victorious, they would earn a future tag team title shot.
The Usos ultimately lost the match due to a count-out and in the process, Montez Ford and Angelo Dawkins officially earned a future shot at the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championships. It’s likely that this impending title match will be made official for Money in the Bank 2022, tonight.
Money In The Bank 2022: Update On Planned Match Card For July WWE PLE

As for the Money in the Bank ladder matches, Lacey Evans is the only one who solidified her spot in the women’s division match. During this past episode of SmackDown, Lacey Evans defeated Xia Li to qualify for a ladder match. In the other qualifier, Drew McIntyre vs. Sheamus ended in a count-out. It’s certain that a pair of qualifiers from men’s and women’s divisions should also be there on this week’s WWE Raw.
