A mainstream star will be the headliner of this week’s WWE Raw as the storylines continue to proceed towards Summerslam 2022. Logan Paul returns to WWE TV in order to make his match against The Miz, official for the upcoming PPV event. Also, Raw Women’s Title will be on the line in a rematch from last when WWE’s flagship show airs from the Amalie Arena in Tampa, Florida.
It has been confirmed that Logan Paul is scheduled to come back on WWE Raw during the second last episode before Summerslam 2022. As per the earlier reports, Paul is heading back to the squared circle to confront The Miz who betrayed him at WrestleMania 38. This comeback should confirm the expected singles match for the July 30 PPV event.

For the past few weeks, The Miz received Ciampa as his backup on WWE Raw who is least bothered by the return of the MMA-cum-YouTuber. The A-Lister rather offered Paul one last chance to work with him and chase the WWE Raw Tag Team Championships together. In response, Paul sent The Miz a video message where he showed no interest in becoming a tag team but rather going after the former WWE Champion.
It should also be noted that AJ Styles is involved in the ongoing feud which may convert the Summerslam match lineup to AJ Styles and Logan Paul vs. The Miz and Tomasso Ciampa. Even Ezekiel joined the babyface side, last week which is why Elias’ younger brother may also provide assistance to Paul.
Paul recently signed a contract with WWE that makes him a full-time WWE Superstar and hence he’s obliged to compete in quite a few matches over the next couple of years. Before this impending return to WWE Raw, he previously was involved in programs with Sami Zayn, Kevin Owens, and Happy Corbin.

WWE Raw Preview (18/07/22): Bianca Belair vs. Carmella
Bianca Belair won the WWE Raw Women’s Championship by defeating Becky Lynch at WrestleMania 38. The E.S.T of the WWE pinned Lynch in a title match after three years and then proceeded to have successful title defenses against the likes of Asuka, Carmella, and Lynch herself.
Back at Money in the Bank, Belair defeated Carmella to retain her WWE Raw Women’s Title but the feud wasn’t over since Carmella continued to attack her and there pursue the women’s title. Last week, Mella defeated Belair via Count-Out after Lynch provided interferences from outside.
Carmella was irate about the fact that she isn’t the champion despite getting a win over the champion. This is the reason that the self-proclaimed ‘most beautiful woman in all of WWE’ will get another championship match opportunity, this week as she challenges Belair in the second rematch.
A huge piece of news coming out of the July 11 episode of WWE Raw was the return of Dolph Ziggler who walked out to the ring during Bobby Lashley and Riddle vs. Theory and Seth Rollins main event match. Ziggler prohibited Theory from cheating his way to the victory and the distraction allowed Riddle to score the win after hitting with an RKO.
Once the match was over, Ziggler delivered a Superkick to keep Theory down which is a possible indication of a fresh feud on the red brand. We’ll see how things will proceed between the two starting this week. At present, Theory is already booked to challenge United States Champion Bobby Lashley for the title at Summerslam.
