As noted earlier, bringing Donald Trump on SmackDown could benefit TV programming to a huge extent. It could break the TV viewership record considering how much mainstream audience WWE can receive through this segment. But there could be numerous other reasons why Trump’s office might decide to decline the offer. Things can get political that may be avoided at any cost. Rather, WWE should try a lot of less controversial guests on Smackdown when it moves to FOX Sports.
WWE had a working relationship with Donald Trump in the past since he was good friends with Vince McMahon. We have seen him taking over Raw and even Wrestlemania, too. But with the responsibility of a nation on his shoulder, he may not appear on WWE TV, anymore.
