Moeen Ali came to bat at late when the hosts were batting on 362/5 in 47.4 overs. The no.7-positioned left-handed batsman Ali finished that innings on 31 not out off just nine balls (only four and 4 sixes), with the outstanding strike-rate of 344.44.
After England scored 397/6 in 50 overs, they restricted Bangladesh to 247/8 (50 overs) and won by 150 runs.
