As we all know, Kurt Angle is no more an active in-ring athlete following Wrestlemania 35. He competed against Baron Corbin in his farewell match to come up short. It handed him the chance to brag about the accolade that he defeated a Hall of Famer in his retirement match at the biggest event of the year.

Following this, the veteran is not yet over with WWW stint. Rather he renewed his contract with the company to transition his character from an in-ring athlete to a backstage official. In case you don’t know, Kurt Angle has now become a producer. He will soon become playing the role on a regular basis for WWE shows and specific matches.

As per the reports from the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Kurt Angle is reportedly training for the next phase of his WWE career. You better not get excited for an in-ring return for him. This time around, he is learning the duties of a backstage producer in the WWE. These are the men who control the matches going inside the ring, both on TV and non-televised shows.

Kurt Angle has a vast experience of wrestling since he is doing this for over two decades. So we certainly assume that he could take out the very best of an in-ring talent being a backstage producer. For now, the six-time world champion is enjoying his post-retirement phase with his family. He took Instagram handle to share a family picture hinting that he has dedicated this phase of his career to take care of his little ones.
