WWE News: Seth Rollins Hints The Shield Will Reunite Again In Future

WWE Universe is mourning a lot about losing the Shield from the scene. This is a faction that stood off-guard to take care of the flagship show for years. The three members Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, and Roman Reigns were the mainstay players on Monday Night Raw for several years. Now they have decided to choose separate paths that suit them the most.

WWE plans to replace Shield with a new group

This brings us to the final time that we will see The Shield back in action. The trio has been featuring in a lot of last-time scenes, lately but tonight marks the final time indeed as they battle as a faction. It will be exclusively telecasted live show on the WWE Network named after their last ride.

As reported earlier, WWE Network will host an exclusive where Dean Ambrose, Seth Rollins, and Roman Reigns reunite for “The Shield’s Final Chapter”. It will be a six-man tag team match against Bobby Lashley, Baron Corbin, and Drew McIntyre. It will be a rematch from 2019 Fastlane earlier this year where the three prime babyfaces take on the three bonafide heels of the Monday Night Raw roster.

Emotions will be running high on tonight as WWE visits the city of Molina. It is a simple live event that will turn out to be a televises show just for a proper send-off to The Shield. However, fans could be optimistic about seeing them again as Seth Rollins hinted so with a recent comment on his Twitter handle.

At first, he talked about getting emotional on tonight’s outing as a team. They may be having a lot of last time ever moments, as of now. But they will meet again as a team in the future. So the fans should keep faith on the Hounds of Justice as the Architect stated the following,

“I’m pretty stoked about this weekend. Taking the black one more time with my boys…and in my own backyard. We’ve had a lot of “lasts” lately, I know, but I promise this really is the end for a while. #WWEStLouis #WWESpringfield #WWEMoline #ShieldsFinalChapter”

For now, Seth Rollins will continue his Universal Championship reign on Monday Night Raw. Roman Reigns has moved to Smackdown Live to start from scratch. As for Dean Ambrose, he will no longer be a part of WWE once his contract comes to an end in this month.
