Jeff Hardy has become All-Elite, ending all the rumors around his pro-wrestling future for the past several weeks. He showed up during this week’s episode of AEW flagship programming, Dynamite on TBS Network to shock the world. Plus, his signing with the AEW brand was also notified on social media by AEW President, Tony Khan.
Originally, Matt Hardy and the HFO were gathered in the ring to start a segment. Matt was apologizing to the Hardy Family Office for turning into an a**hole when he put on the suit. Andrade El Idolo wanted to become the leader of the group and they conducted a vote.
Andrade, Private Party, and the other stars in the HFO turned on Matt and beat him down in the middle of the ring when Darby Allin and Sting emerged from the entrance ramp to assist Matt. But the numbers-game wasn’t favoring the babyface. This is the time when Jeff Hardy’s music hit the arena to send the fans to a frenzy.

Jeff Hardy was released by WWE in late 2021
The WWE Legend ran down to the ring to make the save for his brother Matt. After hitting his signature Swanton Bomb finisher, Jeff and Matt had a long staredown with Sting and Darby Allin to end the segment. Interestingly, Jeff Hardy’s iconic Loaded entrance music was used in this segment as it was patented to the WWE.
Following this reunion on AEW Dynamite, The Hardy Boyz or the Team Xtreme is set to reunite for a tag team match this Saturday at a Big Time Wrestling event in Webster, Massachusetts. Their opponents will either be The SAT or The Briscoes in that upcoming match.
As per the earlier reports, WWE released Jeff Hardy in 2021 December after he reportedly turned down an offer to go to rehab arranged by the company. This came after an incident at the December 4 WWE live event in Edinburg, Texas, where he vanished through the crowd while performing in a six-man tag team match. He was subsequently pulled from the road and released, thereafter after not falling aside from the company’s policy.
Later reports suggested that WWE Talent Relations head John Laurinaitis called Jeff Hardy to talk about possibly bringing him back, by offering a place in the 2022 WWE Hall of Fame. But that offer was turned down by the veteran names.
