Top WWE Superstar Alexa Bliss seems to be closely watching the headliner of this week’s Raw that was a title match. Minutes after Becky Lynch retained her RAW Women’s Championship against Liv Morgan on the episode that took place from the FedEx Forum in Memphis, Tennessee, the former champion seemingly hinted at her in-ring return.
As seen on Twitter, Alexa Bliss shared a GIF from the movie Mean Girls along with the caption, “Just wait.” It’s interesting to note that it was only a few days back that The Twisted Goddess also tweed that she needed “time to heal” and wasn’t yet ready to make her WWE come back.

Alexa Bliss was last seen on WWE TV at the Extreme Rules pay-per-view in September, where she came up short against Charlotte Flair in a Raw Women’s Title match. Not only she did lose that match but Flair also brutally ripped and tore apart her doll, Lilly, afterward. This left Bliss in a devastated state in front of her hometown crowd in Columbus, Ohio.
At that time, Wresting Inc reported that Alexa Bliss would be off the TV for “a few months.” Then a subsequent report from PWInsider noted that the red brand superstar was scheduled to undergo sinus surgery. Flair ripping apart the Lilly doll was just a storyline to keep the superstar out of the equation for the time being.

Alexa Bliss was sent to Raw during Draft 2021
During this absence, WWE drafted Alexa Bliss and kept her under the red brand in the Draft 2021 edition. Over on social media, she has hinted at returning with a new gimmick, meaning the end of the controversial Lilly storyline already happened at Extreme Rules.
There are no confirmed updates from the sources about a potential return for Alexa Bliss. But the fans continue to speculate how the Royal Rumble in January could provide an ideal environment for her return. The five-time champion would receive a loud ovation from a capacity crowd at The Dome in St. Louis, Missouri.
Chances are also high after last night’s tweet that the former champion could be back in the title picture following her return. Lynch scored the pin-fall victory to retain the Raw Women’s Title over Morgan by using the ropes for leverage.
