Some of the internet wrestling community is mentioning that these two are the actual faces of WWE of this generation. Banks may double-agrees on this opinion.
During an interview with Bleacher Report, SmackDown Women’s Champion Sasha Banks made the boldest claim. She said that she’s better than both the current Universal Champion Roman Reigns and WWE Champion Drew McIntyre. She then proceeded to declare that she is the face of the company.

“I’m not afraid to let people know that I’m better than Roman Reigns. I really am. I’m the face of SmackDown. I’m better than Drew McIntyre. I am. There are facts; you can look at the science and the numbers. I am the face of the company. I am the best and that’s just who I am.”

Despite what changes the Women’s Evolution has brought to the business, it’s a fact that there’s still a huge gap in TV times and payscale between male and female performers. Sasha Banks mentioned this point saying that she wants more TV time than Roman Reigns on Friday nights during SmackDown episodes.
“I don’t watch NXT. I don’t watch Raw. But the only person I do see that gets more time than me is Roman. I’m not hating on it, but I’m just letting the company know that I need my time as well. That’s who I’m seeing. To me, that’s my competition.”
This isn’t the first time that Sasha Banks has stated the same. She portrays the Legit Boss gimmick with a lot of attitudes. Be it babyface or a heel, she often claimed such things while some of the fans do believe she’s the best technical wrestler of the current roster. She recently spoke with Joe Otterson of Variety and said this current title reign feels much different than the others.
Sasha Banks noted that after taking time off to find her passion again, her pro wrestling work has been top-notch. She also wanted Carmella, Liv Morgan, Ruby Riott, Bianca Belair, and Natalya as the Superstars from the blue brand who she is looking forward to work with. She also added that the current SmackDown women’s division is the best that the female division has ever been.
“Being the SmackDown Women’s Champion, that means I am completely the best. I always say ‘I’m the best.’ I really know 100% that I am the greatest wrestler of all time, but I have so many new competitors. I look forward to facing so many new faces, so many new matchups, and it really lets me go to sleep dreaming of excitement for every Friday night knowing what I’m going to have,” Sasha Banks gloated.
