WWE programming is fully dependent on Vince McMahon who controls things like the early days. Even at the age of 75, his nod is needed before any content would air on TV. Even superstars’ portraying characters on TV is very much dependent on the order of The Boss. If he’s reluctant then there’s no way that a superstar can make a name.
Things change every now and then as per the thinking ethics of Vince McMahon. Ringside News has recently learned that the former Heavy Machinery members – Otis and Tucker are no more in the good books of Vince McMahon. They were told that Otis “is not a priority anymore” while his partner was never even a given significance, at all.

Vince McMahon taking away his blessing out of Otis is the main reason why he wasn’t present on SmackDown. That too happened on a night where he was supposed to express his grief over losing Money In the Bank briefcase to The Miz. Also, the betrayal of Tucker wasn’t highlighted, at all in the context, erasing the chances to see the two best friends battling each other.

Tucker has been moved to Raw where he doesn’t have any significant role, at all. He suffered a huge squash loss at the hands of Ricochet which was a big sign of what could be happening to him in the near future. This happened despite him capturing a heel heat after blasting Otis with the Money In the Bank briefcase at Hell In A Cell PPV.
One tenured member of the creative team commented to the source saying “and you’re surprised by this?” Vince McMahon could reportedly lose faith in a Superstar and his push at a moment’s notice. He previously had big plans with Otis, but they kept on changing as the year progressed. Tucker’s heel-turn on Otis at Hell in a Cell was a quick idea to shock the fans with no real follow-ups.
There was an idea floating around the internet discussing over the two former Heavy Machinery members could feature in opposite teams at Survivor Series. But since none of them are on the radar of Vince McMahon, they won’t be getting a match on the Survivor Series PPV. Ricochet was also considered to be a big draw, at one point but now he’s going nowhere on the Raw brand.
