The name of Trish Stratus is more than enough to attract WWE Universe to be glued on their TV screen for WWE programming. The fans did hope to see her during the Royal Rumble match, this past Saturday night which wasn’t the case. But this doesn’t mean that the legendary name isn’t ready for in-ring action. At least her physique indicates that she’s in good shape.
Trish Stratus has always tried to impress her fans by staying at the top of her fitness game, no matter what. Being a fitness freak, she also offers classes in her hometown of Toronto. In the latest, the multi-time women’s champion took to Instagram in order to show off her ripped back.

She offered a lengthy caption as she noted the journey that led to this incredible transformation. The WWE Hall of Famer joked by saying “I’m back. Haha issa joke.” Then she noted that the year 2020 ended on a stagnant note since she had a lot of couching down and watching Netflix. Hence, Trish Stratus needed to get back to shape,
“But really I am. Looking ‘back’ on the last year when pandemic life of 2020 had me off my usual grind and on the luxurious leisurely lounging lifestyle of Netflix’ing and with no work on the horizon there was no motivation or reason to hit it as hard as I usually do. After grinding for 20+ years straight the break was a welcome one – for my mind and my family – not so much for my booty and abs that disappeared one by one…”

It was also noted by Trish Stratus that she got the shape “back” again in February 2021. But in order to retrieve the same, she needed to go through a tremendous amount of effort and routines. She then tried to motivate her fans by saying “Decide where you want to be and don’t stop until you get there.”
Trish Stratus continues to blaze the trail for this generation of female wrestlers despite her absence from WWE TV for over a couple of years. Her final match took place against Charlotte Flair at Summerslam 2019 in Toronto which was reportedly her retirement match. But she’s willing to make a comeback for another dream match against Sasha Banks.
