WWE Smackdown Preview (29/11/19)-Bray Wyatt, TLC Hypes Begin
Moving away from the Survivor Series, SmackDown will now build up the storylines for the next and final PPV of 2019.
It will be WWE TLC on December 15th which is perhaps the most popular gimmick-based show of all-time.
As of now, the big question heading into tonight’s episode is whether WWE stretches along with the main event feud or not.
The Fiend has been triumphant at Survivor Series against Daniel Bryan in the WWE title match. But will there be a rematch in-store?
Also, the altercations between Roman Reigns and King Corbin from the PPV ensured that the feud will continue, for sure. The stipulation to be added will be the only mystery around this angle.
Plus, Bayley and Nikki Cross should continue their current program when SmackDown airs from the Legacy Arena at the BJCC, Birmingham, Alabama.
The Fiend Bray Wyatt successfully retained his Universal title against Daniel Bryan at Survivor Series. It was another outing for the champ who just continues to grow stronger with every passing event.
Now WWE.com is advertising that he will reveal a ‘new face’ on a special edition of Firefly Funhouse,
“The Fiend” Bray Wyatt was pushed both physically and mentally in a Survivor Series showdown with Daniel Bryan.
Perhaps Friday Night SmackDown may provide a glimpse into where the Universal Champion’s mind is now at.
Wyatt will reveal a new face in “Firefly Fun House” this Friday. Will someone or something be joining the crew of Huskus the Pig Boy, Abby the Witch, Mercy the Buzzard and Rambling Rabbit?
Will they have a new friend? Or does Wyatt have something much bigger and sinister in store?”
Perhaps, it could be another character to be inserted into the strange toy-house that Wyatt possesses.
Or else, there could be a hint of the next title defense he can move forward to. Will Daniel Bryan remain on the challenger’s spot? Or WWE will start a fresh angle for the champion featuring a new superstar? We’ll have to wait until SmackDown airs to know the answer.
The women’s championship feud should revolve around Bayley and Nikki Cross on SmackDown since the latter name still resides in the contender’s spot.
Cross has been in matches against the champion and her friend, Sasha Banks in recent weeks indicating that the program is not ending until and unless TLC passes by.
The only interesting thing would be what sort of stipulation WWE might add to this contest.
The other major rivalry to be continued on SmackDown will be the one between Roman Reigns and King Corbin.
Roman was the one to carry his brand through a significant victory at Survivor Series that should lead him to the main event scene. But that won’t happen until he wraps up the ongoing angle with Corbin.
A Dog-Collar match was previously speculated to take place at TLC. We’ll see whether WWE confirms the same stipulation for the match when SmackDown airs tonight with the post-Survivor Series episode.
