WWE is receiving big attention, in a negative way from the wrestling fans, as they released the following wrestlers as of last night,
– Braun Strowman
– Aleister Black
– Lana
– Murphy
– Ruby Riott
– Santana Garrett
While two of them were rarely used, the others were tested veterans who proved their talents inside the squared circle. Especially the likes of Strowman, Black, or Lana’s departure surprised the fans as they were considered to be top-tier talents with a couple of them being regular attendees of Raw programming.

A fan wrote the following while mentioning that the company hasn’t learned how to utilize their talents,
“One thing that has consistently bummed me out about WWE in recent years is that there’s been a *wealth* of incredible talent in that company, but they rarely seem to really know what to do with any of it. This latest wave of releases is a truly stunning reflection of that issue.”
Former WWE Champion CM Punk reacted to that tweet stating the following,
“It’s like a movie with a blockbuster budget and cast, but if it’s written by creatively bankrupt nincompoops specifically for an audience of one, in a language nobody understands anymore, it’s…..trash. But people watch it because they like movies.”

WWE Star Alexa Bliss upset about Braun Strowman’s release
RAW Superstar Alexa Bliss wasn’t happy with these releases, specifically with Braun Strowman with whom she had multiple storyline angles in the WWE. They featured in Mixed Match Challenge in 2018 while last year, it was the Wyatt-Strowman storyline that transformed Bliss into a darker character that we are getting to see each week on Raw. So no wonder why The Goddess was feeling terrible with the Strowman’s release.
Former WWE interviewer Renee Young (now known under her real name of Renee Paquette) also expressed her disappointment with the following tweet,
“What a horrible mismanagement of some really talented people. Sucks.”

Seth Rollins responded to his appearance on the “My Love Letter To Wrestling” podcast with WWE NXT UK Superstar Mark Andrews,
“And today it makes me feel [broken heart emoji x 3],” he wrote.
Sasha Banks made two tweets directed to Ruby Riott, sending love her way.
“[blue heart emoji] [glowing star emoji x 3] #HeidiLovelace,” Banks added, “We love you @RubyRiottWWE”
WWE Hall of Famer Mick Foley also reacted to Riott’s departure, writing, “For @RubyRiottWWE the best is yet to come. I firmly believe that.”
For Strowman, the Hall of Famer offered the following, “I know Braun has spoken of never working for another company – but unless he’s set for life at age 37, he might want to explore his options.”
We love you @RubyRiottWWE
