Matt Hardy is still appearing on WWE TV following Survivor Series to earn one of the biggest pops during Monday Night Raw. But that is definitely not enough to put him back to the main event stature.

Update On Matt Hardy’s Contract, Leaving WWE Soon?

The creative team does not think him to be a marquee talent, and the superstar vented out frustrations on this over social media. It happened after WWE posted a video on the former tag team champion.

Jeff Hardy Seeking Treatment For Personal Problems

WWE recently posted a video about the top returns of the decade in 2019. The top 5s of them listed were,

5. The Hardy Boyz return at WrestleMania 33

4. Roman Reigns returns after leukemia remission

3. Shane McMahon returns before WrestleMania 32

2. Brock Lesnar returns after 8 years

1. The Rock returns before WrestleMania 27

Matt Hardy expressed his joy on WWE listing him within the top 5s. But as seen in the following statements, he is definitely not happy about how WWE is using him, these days. But he can’t really do anything since he is under contract with the company.

Matt Hardy On Why He Could Not Continue BROKEN Gimmick In WWE

In the recent past, Matt Hardy competed against Buddy Murphy to come up short. After that, he also wrestled with Drew McIntyre on an episode of WWE Raw.

In this particular instance, Drew even insulted him naming his newly born son which was a nasty shot. Apparently, it was WWE’s way to punish him for the misdeeds of Jeff Hardy.

Jeff Hardy Claims He Had A Fight With His Wife

Former WWE star and multi-time tag champion Bully Ray aka Bubba Ray Dudley has accused WWE of burying Matt Hardy for Jeff’s recent sins.

It’s no secret that Jeff does have a past that led him to a number of suspensions. Even at this age, he continued the same mistakes as the past that surely has left him in the bad books of the company.

Bully Ray spoke to Busted Open Radio to note one the best rivals of their WWE career,

“Hopefully Matt and Jeff won’t be angry with me when I say this. But it is what it is. Have Matt and Jeff individually made mistakes on their journey over the past twenty to twenty-five years personally outside of the ring? Yes, one hundred percent. You know what everybody makes mistakes and it’s going to happen.”

There’s no update on when Jeff might show up in the WWE. As for Matt Hardy, he will continue working as ‘jobber’ and probably leave one current deal expires.
