WWE superstars are obligated to do additional stuff apart from wrestling like doing media, promoting events or attending charity shows affiliated to the company. Commercial shoot is one of those extra jobs which is the supposed reason why one of the top stars of the Raw locker room is not seen wrestling. Samoa Joe is the concerned person who has been out of action after suffering yet another injury.

Latest Update On Matt Hardy And His WWE Departure

Pro Wrestling Sheet was the first outlet to provide information that Samoa Joe is sitting out of action after suffering an injury while filming a WWE commercial last week. It could be a concussion as Joe took a bad table bump. Apparently his head was hit hard during a “bad table break” while filming a stunt. The head and neck portions of a fan are the most sensitive parts of a human body and WWE is extremely careful to its talents.

“According to sources, the injury took place at a WWE commercial shoot last week when Joe hit his head during a bad table break as they were filming a stunt. While it’s unconfirmed at this point, sources tell us Joe could be out of action for a considerable amount of time.” (As stated by the source regarding the injury)

In an update, Dave Meltzer of F4Wonline.com has also confirmed that the Samoan Submission Machine suffered a concussion during the commercial shoot for WWE.

There’s no confirmation on the extent of the injury and when Samoa Joe will return in competition. It was noted that he could be out of action for “a considerable” period of time. It was also not let known for which company Joe was shooting for or it was a WWE campaign itself. Hopefully, we will get to know when the trailer drops. In the meantime, the former United States Champion might not be seen on Monday Night RAW.

This is why he was not seen accompanying Kevin Owens and Co in this past episode, as well. Samoa Joe is having a pretty bad time when it comes to his physical well being, as of late. This is the second concussion she’s suffering in less than a month. He returned to in-ring action in late December from a broken thumb in September. He then landed hard on the head while performing a dive on the January 27 RAW episode.
