WWE has sent AJ Styles into a temporary break from in-ring competition following Money in the Bank PPV. He suffered a clean pinfall loss against AJ Styles that might have resulted in a banged-up back portion. It needed more time to heal up but WWE could not afford him away for a long time since he’s a mega-star. Plus, WWE’s Japan tour needed his name into the card as he is the biggest draw in this territory.
