WWE Survivor Series Preview & Predictions: November 24, 2019
The final ‘big-four’ PPV event in WWE calendar, Survivor Series is almost here which has a unique theme attached to it.
This is the only time of the year that we get to see Raw and SmackDown go head to head to reign supreme over each other. The stakes would be higher this year as NXT has included in the mix, as well presenting bigger version matches on the show.
The three brands’ representatives will be competing in traditional tag team elimination matches in the evening. There will be two such separate matches on the evening.
The mid-card and tag team champions will also go head to head in two big contests. Plus, two huge championship matches will be there where WWE and Universal Championships will be defended.
Check out the potential match card outcomes of the 2019 Survivor Series that take place at the Allstate Arena in Chicago, Illinois.
NXT Title Match
Damian Priest or Pete Dunne or Killian Dain vs. Adam Cole (c)
The final lineup for this matchup will be decided at NXT TAKEOVER on Saturday night where three superstars will fight for the number one contender’s spot. We pick Pete Dunne to come out on top and challenge Adam Cole for the title, the next night. Two NXT superstars will battle at the main roster PPV, Survivor Series that needs NXT to make a statement. Who better than Dunne and Cole who would simply tear the house down? In the end, it should still be Cole holding on to the title.
Non-Title Triple Threat
RAW Tag Team Champions The Viking Raiders vs. NXT Tag Team Champions The Undisputed Era vs. SmackDown Tag Team Champions The New Day
The Revival had picked up some momentums on this week’s NXT despite suffering a pinfall loss. The audience supported them for the performance they pulled off during their NXT return. We predict that Dash and Dawson are set to deliver yet another packed performance and this time they would steal the win, as well. This big win could make these two superstars sign new contracts with the company following Survivor Series.
Non-Title Triple Threat
WWE United States Champion AJ Styles vs. NXT North American Champion Roderick Strong vs. WWE Intercontinental Champion Shinsuke Nakamura
The mid-card title match could have a predicted outcome considering that AJ Styles has a ton of momentums by his side. He is the self-proclaimed ruler of the WWE Monday Night Raw with the OCs backing him up. This is a triple threat match any way that will allow Gallows and Anderson to interfere and give upper-hand to Styles. So this win should come easy for the Phenomenal One at Survivor Series.
Non-Title Triple Threat
RAW Women’s Champion Becky Lynch vs. NXT Women’s Champion Shayna Baszler vs. SmackDown Women’s Champion Bayley
This one match at Survivor Series is likely to steal the show with all three women having bad blood against each other. Technically, Lynch is the undoubted favorite to come out on top. However, Bayley could steal a win when Baszler and Lynch would be too busy sorting out their differences and use this win to cement her heel persona.
Women’s Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match
Captain Sasha Banks, Carmella, Dana Brooke, Lacey Evans, Nikki Cross vs. 5 NXT Superstars TBA vs. Captain Charlotte Flair, Sarah Logan, Natalya, WWE Women’s Tag Team Champions Asuka, and Kairi Sane.
NXT is yet to announce the competitors of this Survivor Series traditional matchup where Monday Night Raw has the upper-hand. Charlotte Flair is the team captain who has always been a protected character. Alongside her, there would be Asuka who has been dominant than ever following the tag team title win. These two women will lead Team Raw to secure a win and go for even bigger things.
Men’s Traditional Survivor Series Elimination Match
Captain Seth Rollins, Randy Orton, Ricochet, Kevin Owens, Drew McIntyre vs. 5 NXT Superstars TBA vs. Captain Roman Reigns, Shorty G, Ali, King Baron Corbin, Braun Strowman
The men’s division should settle the score on behalf of SmackDown. With Roman Reigns in charge of the blue brand, there should not be any doubts about the win. But his team also consists of King Corbin who might decide to stab on the back of Reigns that will allow Seth Rollins and Co. to take the winning margin further.
No Holds Barred Match for the WWE Championship
Rey Mysterio vs. Brock Lesnar (c)
Despite the upper-hand that Rey Mysterio has on the beast as seen in recent weeks will not prevail at Survivor Series. The Beast will have a feast on the legendary Mexico star which could turn out to be the shortest contest at Survivor Series. We could see Dominick or Cain Velasquez trying to help Mysterio as well but the outcome won’t change.
WWE Universal Championship Match
Daniel Bryan vs. “The Fiend” Bray Wyatt (c)
The Fiend has become the top Champion on SmackDown brand or perhaps in the whole WWE. Showing his inhuman power and strength, he has literally become unstoppable. So Daniel Bryan will be up for the toughest task of his career to defeat this demonic character. He won’t be having success though as The Fiend will get a long title run that may continue until WrestleMania. So the YES movement won’t prevail at Survivor Series.
