No further update was provided about the veteran’s condition from the WWE. Now, the Executive Vice President of Global Talent Strategy and Development of the company, Paul “Triple H” Levesque took to Twitter to issue his first public comments since his recent heart surgery.
Triple H tweeted on his current state
As seen in the post, it was noted that he’s doing well in his recovery. He also mentioned being extremely grateful for the support from WWE Hall of Famer Shawn Michaels, and everyone else at NXT. Check out his full statement, here,
“I’ve been blown away by the outreach and support from so many people. I’m recovering, doing well, & deeply grateful for all the love in my life. Especially grateful for @ShawnMichaels & all the Superstars & crew @WWENXT! (Steph and the girls loved the snacks!) See you soon [folded hands emoji] [red heart emoji].”

There is no word on when Triple H will be back with his duties in the WWE but Wrestling INC reports that he was in good shape, as of last week. The 14-time world champion has been able to take phone calls.
WWE talents were told that they can call and wish him well, but any discussions around WWE business with him are strictly prohibited, at this point. The Game also missed last week’s NXT 2.0 revamp episode including this week as Vince McMahon and Bruce Prichard are reportedly in charge of the show.
Triple H’s last match took place on the January 11, 2021 episode of RAW, where he faced Randy Orton in a Street Fight, although it wasn’t a full-fledged contest. He opted to stay away from wrestling in the last couple of years including two straight Wrestlemanias.
