Mumbai, Aug 20 (IANS) Hindi film fraternity members have wished London Olympics bronze medallist Saina Nehwal speedy recovery after the 26-year-old underwent surgery for her troublesome right knee on Saturday.

Saina, who bowed out of the Rio Olympics after the first round, has been battling a knee problem. She was admitted to a hospital in Hyderabad on Thursday and later shifted to a hospital here.

While megastar Amitabh Bachchan prayed for “success of the surgery”, filmmaker Karan Johar cheered Saina as a “figher”.
