With the Super series finals to be played in Dubai, the two Indians will be eager of doing well in this tournament. The main challenge for Indians is to overcome the challenge of the Chinese which will be a difficult task. In the super series finals history the Chinese have dominated in all almost all the sections. In the year 2014 super series tournament’s before this Indians have won only 3 titles as compared to 31 of the Chinese.

Saina Nehwal who has won only 3 titles in this year will be pitted against Wang Sxhigan and other 2 Koreans from Group A. The Indian lost against the Chinese in the previous two matches. Despite winning the Chinese masters, her challenge is to overcome the losses against her. The biggest strength of Wang Sxhigan is that she can make the opponents run all over court and then win the point. Saina Nehwal who is number 4 in the World in the rankings must believe in her abilities. The Indian players need to perform at their best if they have to defeat the Chinese. The Chinese are much stronger and fitter than the Indians. From these four players two will qualify for the semi finals.

In the men’s singles India’s hopes rest on K Srikanth who just defeated Olympic Champion Lin Dan in China Masters Open finals and also reached the semi finals of Hong Kong open super series where he lost to Chinese Chen Long. Indians must remember that there is no Lee Chong Wei but the main problem is the stamina, fitness and agility part.  In this tournament top 8 ranking players will participate in each category. This tournament will give an idea of how of Indian badminton players have grown as a player. I am sure that the two Indian players will do a great job in this tournament and end the year on a high. Srikanth will against Jan Orgensen of Denmark, Momoto of Japan and Sugarato.

In women’s section there are 2 Chinese top players in the rankings which are Li Xureui and Wang Sxighan. After competition in 12 countries, there will be a lot of action with Saina Nehwal and K Srikath the main attention from India.

In men’s section the biggest threat will be Chen Long who is number 2 in the World and the Indian player must find a way to defeat this player. Overall this tournament will see some great action and hope that two Indian players can come with flying colors.
