After the completion of the 10th edition, the BCCI has opted for a fresh start. The 2018 auctions are going to be one grand auction as all the players find themselves in the pool. But, there is a twist to it, each team may be allowed to retain up to four or five names just like the 2011 and 2014 auctions.

This certainly gives a ray of hope for Franchises like Mumbai Indians, Kolkata Knight Riders and Royal Challengers who possess high-quality superstars in their ranks. Here in this piece. Let’s discuss a few probable players whom DD might think of retaining ahead of the next auctions.
