It is understood that the Madurai High Court has sent a notice to BCCI and Central Sports Secretary to stop the Indian Cricket Cricket Team from touring Australia. The case will be next heard on January 5th.

It has been revealed that a cricket fan in the district of Madurai (Tamil Nadu) has filed a case against Indian cricket team’s tour to Australia. It was reported in Sun TV that a person has asked the Madurai High Court to stop the Indian Cricket Team from matches down under and make them return back home.

The reason for filing the case is that the Australian pitches are dangerous and it might hurt the Indian batsmen ahead of the World Cup. It is also reported that the case will come to hearing soon.
