During the third ODI match between Australia and England, Jason Roy took a screamer to dismiss Ashton Agar
England stays alive in the ODI series by defeating the visitors by 93 runs courtesy of James Taylor’s magnificent century.
England after winning the toss had no hesitation in batting first, put a mammoth 300 on the board with the help of James Taylor’s century and skipper Eoin Morgan’s timely half-century.
Chasing the target Australia were well short of chasing the England total and was all out for just 207 with Plunkett and Ali claiming three wickets each.
During Australia’s chase, there was a moment of brilliance from the England opener Jason Roy who held on to a screamer hit by Ashton Agar. Agar launched it miles in the air which were going towards the long on fielder Jason Roy. A slight misjudgement saw him over running the ball and he further spilled out the catch for a moment, but fortunately Roy had good reflexes and presence of mind to held on to the catch.
