India woes in the slip department continues as Shikhar Dhawan dropped a regulation catch of Shane Watson . Shane Watson then went on to hit a half century. Indian slip fielding woes are not new and the problem started during the transition phase of the Indian team m when the senior pro retired and the younger players have not found it easy to field in the slips.

Indian team , though, are a very good fielding side in the ODIs where the need of the slip fielders are very less. Indian team needs to ponder over this as such misses have already cost them several Test matches.
