Sometimes when your top order batsmen fail to catch up, the lower order will help. And when then No.11 Batsman does looks funny but the use behind it is not able to define.

Here are the Top No.11 scores in Test Cricket:

1.Ashton Agar (98):

Nothing will be better batting on debut at No.11 and score the world record score. Agar did the same scoring a fairy tale 98 felling short of a century after putting on then’s record breaking stand for 10th wicket with Phil Huges of 168.

2.Tino Best (95):

One of the dangerous bowler known for his pace, Best did a more than a handy job with the bat scoring almost a run a ball ton but fell 5 run short of it. His dismissal also brought end to a record stand for 10th wicket.

3.James Anderson (81):

Another fighting by No.11 after been inspired by a big 10th wicket stand between Bhuvi and Shami earlier in the game as he scored a brilliant 81 putting a record breaking stand of 198 along with Joe Root making the Indian bowlers tired playing more than 50 overs.

4.Zaheer Khan (75):

It was the record for a No.11 when he scored 75 at that position in 2004 which took 8 yeard to be broken. Been involved in India’s highest stand for final wicket along with Sachin Tendulkar, Zaheer took the part of attacking score most runs in thier 133 stand.
