The Hawthorns witnessed Chelsea lift their sixth Premier League title as Michy Batshuayi’s late winner made sure that the Spurs stay far away from the Blues with just a game to go this season. The London outfit brought in a new head coach in Antonio Conte after relieving Guus Hiddink, the interim manager, of his duties at the end of the previous season and the Italian coach has not disappointed the club, making some shrewd transfers to keep Chelsea at the top of the table for most of the season.
