As per recent reports coming in from various media outlets, it has been confirmed now that Premier League giants Arsenal will now look to seal a move for Sevilla midfielder Grzegorz Krychowiak in the upcoming transfer window, at the end of the current campaign. There were further details confirming that Gunners’ boss Arsene Wenger is a huge admirer of the Polish international and considers him to be a replacement for midfielders Mathieu Flamini and Mikel Arteta, who are on the verge of leaving the Emirates.

The news that both players will be leaving the club in the summer transfer window is known to the fans and the club, which could force the French manager to invest in yet another quality defensive midfielder, prior to the start of the new campaign. However, the north London giants will face competition for their target from league rivals Manchester City, who are also quite keen to complete his move to the Etihad, as per what The Sun has stated.

It has also been speculated that the 26 year old superstar is wanted by former Barcelona and current Bayern Munich Pep Guardiola, who is also a big fan of the Sevilla man and is keen to add him to his squad in Manchester for next term. It is not yet certain where his future lies at present, though one thing seems certain that the move will only go through
if the clubs from England pay a fee of £25m to the La Liga outfit.

Krychowiak made the move to Spain in 2014 and has since then made a total of 52 appearances, scoring twice as well. He could surely add a lot of strength to any side in midfield with his physical presence and it will be interesting to see now which club can finally grab him, once the season ends.
