According to latest reports, Atletico Madrid star striker Antoine Griezmann has suggested that he is interested in a move to Stamford Bridge this summer.
The 24-year old have joined Atletico Madrid last season from Real Sociedad and have scored 22 goals in 34 appearances this season and have drawn interest from Premier League champions Chelsea.
The player have reportedly turned down new contract offered by Atletico Madrid as the Spanish giants want to tie him down at the Vicente Calderon for next season. A new contract would mean Chelsea need to spend as much as £43million to get the services of the player.
The French International was brought in as a replacement to Diego Costa last summer and Griezmann has become an instant hit at Atleti. It is also reported that the player will wait to find out how serious Chelsea’s interest in him is before making any decision on his future.
He could join former Atletico players Diego Costa, Filipe Luis and Thibaut Courtois at Stamford Bridge. Chelsea are also reported to have grown interest in Koke and Diego Godin as the Blues might go for triple swoop this summer.
