Arsene Wenger will not be a happy man as his team has failed to keep up the good work from the start of the season.
The Gunners, who were not too far away from Chelsea at the top of the table not so long ago, have dropped to the 4th place, thanks to some mediocre results since the turn of the year.
This has put them 10 points off Chelsea at the top of the table and in need of some consistent results to entertain European football come the start of the next season.
The manager will be looking to add some players to the squad in the off season but he will be more interested in keeping the core of his squad at the club for the next season.
But one player, who is now linked with an exit is Spanish full-back Hector Bellerin.
The Spaniard, who is among the best in his position in England at the moment, is an integral part of the squad at the Emirates and is one of the first names on the team sheet for Arsene Wenger this season.
However, his impeccable form has not gone unseen and he is now linked with a move to the Camp Nou, for the second time in two seasons.
Reports from Mundo Deportivo claim that the full-back is at the top of the wishlist for Barcelona in the summer.
The 21-year old is an exciting prospect for club and country in the long term and have established a place in the starting XI at the Emirates at such a tender age, he is expected to grow on to become one of the best players in his position.
Wenger managed to steal him from the La Masia a few years and it might come back to bite him as Barcelona are now ready to lure him back to Spain this summer.
Luis Enrique has not been able to stick with either Aleix Vidal or Sergi Roberto at right back and is expected to be in the market for one in the summer.
There are not too many option to consider for the manager and Bellerin, is beyond doubt, the best option for Barcelona.
The player, who was a part of the PFA Team of the Season for the previous campaign, is currently on a £100,000 a week salary at the Emirates and is reportedly the number 1 transfer target for the Spanish giants.
Barcelona are also looking at Juanfran from Watford but are determined to do what it takes to land Bellerin. The Spaniard has more than 4 years left on his contract and will not come easily.
Do you think Barcelona can sign Bellerin in the summer?
