According to Italian media outlet Gianluca Di Marzio, the Ghanian international would soon join the Italian club as the club is keen to sign a pacey winger.
The Blues have a rich of wingers with the likes of Eden Hazard, Willian, Pedro Juan Cuadrado and few others as the Ghanian might not even get any playing time if he stays at Stamford Bridge this season.
New manager Antonio Conte is following the Chelsea’s policy as the Blues have already loaned out as many as 24 players on loan this summer and are set to loan out a few more before the end of the transfer window.
Atsu still has two years left on his contract with Chelsea after signing a five year contract in 2013 and a deal is expected to be stuck very soon as Torino are keen to have him intheir squad when they meet AC Milan this Sunday.
