Snatching Falcao on transfer day deadline by Van Gaal and Ed Woodward was nothing short of a sensational coup, with Real Madrid being in the list of potential buyers. However since that day unfortunately for the club and the player it has been a downward spiral.

It was claimed that the Madrid based club was not sure about his long term fitness and even United have signed him on a loan deal, only to be confirmed once he proves his fitness to Louis Van Gaal. He was expected to play some role at Arsenal this Saturday. However as just confirmed by the clubs official website he will be out for another two weeks. He was slowly brought back in action by Van Gaal after his successful surgery for his left knee; however he has been missing action since his last appearance on October 20th. As reported by the club website it his left calf which is stalling his return to action.

So for all the fans of one of the most lethal strikers in the world, the return date is disappointingly pushed ahead!
