Juventus have not been the force in Europe they once used to be in recent years but they have grown on to become a super power in Europe in the last two season.
This season they find themselves at top of the table in Serie A with just a point to spare and are will face Bayern Munich in the Round of 16 in the Champions League.
The Italian outfit is desperate to add some firepower to their squad and have recognized Paris Saint Germain’s Edinson Cavani as a possible target this summer.
It is now understood that the Old Lady will make their move for the player and are reportedly sending scouts to watch the striker in action.
Cavani has been on the radar of a number of top European clubs including the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United.
However, the Old Lady is set to lose Alvaro Morata and Mario Mandzukic at the end of the season and want Cavani to replace the duo.
Though the English clubs are also desperate for Uruguayan, neither club has made an official move for the player and it now looks like Juventus might just steal the PSG player this summer.
Cavani has not been in the midst of the plans at the Paris outfit and is said to be unhappy at the club. He has recently made it clear that he might make the move this summer and the Italian outfit might be a good choice for the 29-year old.
He has scored 14 goals in 32 appearances at the Parc de Princes but might leave the club this summer.
And, according to Tuttosport, Juve are now leading the race to land the 29-year-old and are sending scouts to Paris tonight to watch him in action in the Champions League clash with Chelsea
