Liverpool’s injury woes have fuelled their problems in the final third and the current squad lacks quality goal scorers who can win games for the club.

Manager Jurgen Klopp is trying hard to find the right player to help Liverpool revive their season and it seems the German manager has found his man.

Jurgen Klopp is understood to be a long time admirer of Athletic Bilbao star Inaki Williams and is apparently desperate to seal a deal and bring him to the Premier League.

According to the Metro, the Spanish U-21 international comes with a £ 15.2 million price tag but the German manager is willing to splash the cash as he has identified Williams as the player to give Liverpool a push towards the end of the season.

Williams has been superb this season for the Spanish side and has scored 10 goals in 22 games. He is tagged the fastest player in La Liga and ticks off most boxes that Klopp wants out of a centre forward.

However, Liverpool face tough competition from the likes of Arsenal and Manchester United who are also keen to bringing Inaki Williams to England.

Liverpool have already signed Marko Grujic and Steven Caulker in this transfer window and with the injury crisis at the club, more players will come in before the end of the season.

However, Williams is an academy graduate and Bilbao will be looking to keep hold of him  as they are now desperate for him to sign a new contract extension.

Do you think Inaki Williams will solve the problems at Liverpool?
