According to latest reports, Manchester United have grown serious interest in Liverpool’s young sensation Raheem Sterling as he looks set to leave Anfield this summer.

The youngster’s signing will not be easy even though he intends to leave as Manchester United has to see off intense competition from fellow premier league clubs Chelsea and Arsenal as well as European giants Bayern Munich.

Despite the long term rivalry between the two best English clubs ever, Manchester United and Liverpool and despite the fact that no Liverpool player has moved from Anfield to Old Trafford for the past 80 years, the transfer looks pretty much possible.

Raheem Sterling has refused new contract twice which will see him earn £100,000-per-week contract. The player currently earns £35,000-per-week in his contract at Anfield.

Manchester United can beat anyone in England in terms of wages and transfer fee. Louis van Gaal rates the young winger at £50m and given the fact he would be given a budget of £100m this summer, the transfer looks very much possible.
