It was a ‘Happy New Year’ for the Manchester United fans today as the Red Devils registered their first win today since November. In a neck to neck game of attacking football, the Swans battled the home team and fought for a draw till the last minute, however Fabianski missed to head the goal into the net and Manchester United kicked off 2016 with a brilliant victory.

The mighty team from Manchester bagged 3 essential points from the game in which one wouldn’t have anticipated them to win looking at the former records set by Swansea. The game ended 2-1 in the favour of the English giants as Martial netted the first goal and also set up the second goal for Wayne Rooney. Sigurdsson netted the only goal for the Swans as they head back home with a defeat. Here’s how Twitter reacted to this dramatic game.
