According to the latest reports from Italy, Juventus play-maker Arturo Vidal could leave Turin this summer for as little as £14 million. Vidal has been Manchester United’s transfer target last year but could not bring him to Old Trafford.
With Louis van Gaal rebuilding Manchester United, he is looking for a world class playmaker which the team currently does not have. The price has been cut-out on Chilean International after a below par season with the Italian champions.
The 27-year old could only manage 6 goals and 2 assists throughout the season and his form has been a subject of concern for Italian giants this year. ALl the above goals and assists came in Serie A with the play-maker having no goals or assists in both Champions League and Italian Cup.
With the play-maker available for such little price, there are many clubs across Europe that are interested to take him to their clubs. However, Manchester United face stiff competition from rivals Manchester City who are also interested in the player’s services.
Juventus will also likely to listen offers for striker Morata as they want to keep Paul Pogba with them by offering a new deal. The agent of Pogba also made it clear that Pogba may stay at Juventus despite all the speculations.
Should Manchester United buy the Juve play-maker he will be a complete package for the Red Devils next season.
