Last season’s Premier League champions meet last season’s great escapees but this time the roles are ironically reversed as the Jamie Vardy and Riyad Mahrez-guided Leicester City take on a Chelsea squad who are looking anxiously over their shoulders at the relegation zone with just two points differentiates them. Stats say, Together Vardy and Mahrez have scored seven times more than Chelsea this term, whereas Willian the key player Jose Mourinho will look to for some inspiration at the other end.
Leicester City are on an eight match unbeaten run in Premier league and will be looking to extend that record against a depleted Chelsea squad who lost to Bournemouth last weekend. However, the Blues managed to recover in midweek to win 2-0 against Porto in the Champions League to book their berth as group winners in the last 16.
But the focus once again returns to the domestic top flight where they have just one win in last six games and are also without a win in their last five fixtures away from home.
Here is the starting lineup for Leicester and Chelsea.
