When Swansea City, with as many managerial changes as wins this seasons, arrived at Anfield, nobody would have expected this.

Paul Clement’s side frustrated the home team in the first half, while a lack of incision costing the Reds.


Things seriously picked up in the second half with Fernando Llorente getting the ball rolling in what would prove to be the best 45 minutes of football this season.


The Spaniard doubled the Swans lead soon after with a phenomenal header.


Liverpool quickly back into it with two great goals from Roberto Firmino.


It then seemed only a matter of time before Klopp’s side would get the winner but that didn’t quite go to plan.


And finally breath…

The win lifts the Welsh side out of the relegation zone and casts serious doubts over Liverpool’s title challenge this early in the season. They could finish the weekend outside the top three.
