Robin Van Persie’s future at Manchester United is coming under increased scrutiny as the talks of a switch to Serie A has gathered pace in the last few days.

According to the reports, Van Persie is currently in Rome with his family which has put the rumor mills on alert and a possibility to join either Juventus or Lazio in the summer has gone through the roofs.

Van Persie has done very little to stop the rumors as the Dutch striker has talked positively about Juventus and the team spirit of the club.

While speaking to a local reporter in Italy, Van Persie was quoted saying: “I still speak to my old mate Patrice, he has told me stories about how Juventus train, how hard they work and how they manage to be successful.

“They have a fantastic spirit – a totally different approach from English or Dutch players before games…Patrice has showed me there are many ways to be successful.”

According to several reports, Juventus are ready to tempt Manchester United with a 5million bid for the player, who will enter the last season of his contract during 2015-16 season.

Van Persie has signaled that, he won’t be taking any decision on his future without holding a talk with Louis Van Gaal. It seems that, Van Gaal will have the last say in Van Persie’s stay or exit from Manchester United.
