Kendra Harrison

London, July 23 (IANS) Kendra Harrison broke the 28-year-old 100m hurdles world record at the London Diamond League meeting but she won’t be able to run at the Rio Olympics.

The United States athlete on Friday clocked 12.20 seconds to beat the old mark of 12.21 set by Bulgaria’s Yordanka Donkova on August 20, 1988, reports Xinhua.

Harrison did not qualify for the US Olympic team after she failed to make the top three at the American trials.
