Motorcyclist Enric Sauri, who was riding with the Motos Gaspar team, died on Saturday while participating in the Cataluna 24 Hours race which was being held at the Montmelo race circuit just outside of Barcelona, the race organizers confirmed.

Sauri, 33, died when his motorbike went off the circuit on the first corner and he collided with the crash barriers, reports Xinhua news agency.
