Former Indian test captain MS Dhoni has been named as the brand ambassador of the Craig McDermott International Cricket Academy . He is currently the One-day International and T20 captain for the Indian team.
The Craig McDermott International Cricket Academy is a private and educational sports academy. The academy offers four-year BA degree in sports and science with more importance on cricket.
MS Dhoni has contributed a lot to Indian cricket and has become the finest captain that India has ever had.
“It is the perfect platform for me to give something back to the game,” the 2011 World Cup winning skipper said.
“More importantly, the academy will help sports-minded kids strike the right balance between education and sport. So far, intelligent youngsters who were also good in sport had to choose and settle only for one,” he added.
MS Dhoni is one of role models for youngsters who have brought a lot of glories to the Indian team winning 3 ICC tournaments.
To be a brand ambassador of Australian Cricket Academy will help the youngsters to learn from the Indian captain who has served Indian cricket a lot.
MS Dhoni has led India to win ICC World T20, ICC World Cup 2011 and ICC Champions Trophy 2013 and also brought India to semi-finals of ICC World Cup 2015. He also led India to the semi-finals of ICC World T20 held in March- April this year.
