The previous reports related to the former and the longest reigning Divas champion in the history of WWE, Nikki Bella ended on a good note as she on her way to make a healthy in-ring recovery. But, the new reports fall totally on the opposition. According to the new reports coming from Diva-dirt.com, a full-time recovery for Nikki Bella is not on the cards as of now.
Nikki’s neck injury is so sensitive and volatile, that Doctors say even one little bump can increase the severity of the injury and would set back the recovery process. Her Instagram and Twitter account show some picture which suggests that she is training hard to be in action within the next 4 months. She also made a presence at Wrestlemania after the 10 Divas tag team action was over and won by her sister Brie locking Naomi in the Yes lock.
The major blow for the former Divas champion lies with the news that Nikki Bella has been informed that she might not be able to return to action as a full-time wrestler. The report states that, due to the severity of her injury, Nikki can only hope for a part-time return where she cannot feature on a daily basis in-ring actions. She doesn’t even know the possible date of her return until she undergoes a CAT scan in July.
Near future appearances for Nikki Bella is also ruled out as of now and that being said we will not see her in the upcoming months, probably. Also, Nikki has been the main focus of the reality TV series, Total Divas from the very beginning. This injury will shove her off from that role too and the news is that the returning Maryse will replace her as the main lead.
With Brie retiring and Nikki being shelved for an indefinite time, we may not see the Bella brand reign supreme once again in WWE. Though Nikki is training hard as seen in the photos from her Twitter and Instagram account, she will be out of action till the next update.
