WWE News: Cody Rhodes plans of retirement, injury status of Kalisto

WWE’s current roster member and hall of Famer Dusty Rhodes’ son Stardust aka Cody Rhodes addressed his retirement planning recently while answering a fan’s question on Twitter. He has two twitter handles, one as his in-ring character Stardust and the other one is used as his own name of Cody Rhodes.
Reports from Inquister.com suggests that Cody was having a random question and answer session with fans on his personal account where some asked him about opening his own wrestling school to pass on the Rhodes legacy. Cody ducked the question but opened up about hanging up his boots. He mentioned that he will possibly retire by the age of 40 and “leave it to the next generation”.
I don’t think so. When 40 comes, I drop my boots and leave it to the next generation without looking back. https://t.co/SFL0Ose123

Cody Rhodes has been with WWE since his debut back in 2007. Over the years, he had become 2-time Intercontinental champion and six-time WWE tag team champion. He earned fame as part of Randy Orton’s ‘Legacy’ after his start. After completing almost every gimmick successfully that he was given on hand the 30-year-old ring veteran is now wrestling as the prince of Dark matters, Stardust, without no plan going around him, whatsoever.
Speaking of no planning, United States championship took a back seat since Alberto Del Rio was taken out of the picture. The present champion Kalisto is a great fighter but without any concrete storyline, he failed to create any impact. Recently, he had taken a nasty bump in a match against the Dudley Boyz. It was on the last episode of Raw when he was thrown over the ropes by Bubba Rey Dudley and got injured right there. He was seen clutching his shoulder in pain and could not participate in the match after that.
People had no clues whether the injury was legit or part of the storyline. Kalisto was booked for Tuesday’s Smackdown tapings and took his Twitter handle to give updates regarding his injury.
