President of BCCI, Jagmohan Dalmiya has been rushed to KM Birla Hospital in Kolkata after he suffered a heart attack. There is no report of the current situation in the hospital at the moment. Dalmiya, who is 75 at the moment took over N. Srinivasan as the BCCI Preseident after the former was removed from the post.
Dalmiya always had health issues after he became the President of the BCCI. Earlier it was believed that Dalmiya is suffering from Electrolyte imbalance, which leads to sudden loss of memory. It is also believed that he won’t continue for long as the President of the BCCI.
As per the reports, it is also believed that Sharad Pawar, who is the head of the Mumbai Cricket Association, met finance minister Arun Jaitley and convinced him that Dalmiya is no more suitable for the post. Earlier, Supreme Court had also raised over his health.
