Now, they are set to face yet another top-class team in the tournament, England, who are aware of the conditions better than any other. Meanwhile, we figured out the best XI for Pakistan in their second clash.
Pakistan Predicted Playing XI:
1. Imam Ul Haq:
The stylish southpaw failed to get them going against Windies team. However, he would get one more chance as he got the skills to take the game away from the opposition. Imam also got a good record against England.
2. Fakhar Zaman:
The left-handed swashbuckling batsman got the decent start in the first game but failed to capitalise it. However, Fakhar Zaman got a decent record against England, which would push him to do things right.

3. Babar Azam:
Can they afford to leave him? The stylish batsman is one of their best batsmen in the ranks. He got the calibre to take the game away from the opposition with ease.
4. Haris Sohail:
The youngster would get the nod once again for the team in the tournament. Though he fared poorly against Windies, he got the calibre to score big knocks for the team. He is a useful bowler as well.
5. Sarfraz Ahmed:
The Wicketkeeper-batsman fared pretty poorly against Windies. Not only with the bat but also failed to execute things with his captaincy. He would hope for a better show on Monday.
6. Mohammad Hafeez:
Unfortunately, none of the batsmen gave him support in the middle overs. He looked in a decent tough but the failure of the other batsmen made him go for the rash shots.
7. Shoaib Malik:
Probably, they would strengthen their batting department by going with their experienced lad. The right-handed batsman will bring perfect balance to the side and can tackle the situations.
8. Imad Wasim:
Wasim would get the nod ahead of Shadab Khan. The conditions would suit him better and also bats well during the crunch situations of the time. The unfortunate to miss out the selection is Shadab Khan.
9. Mohammad Amir:
The experienced lad showed why he is the best in the business. Despite the other bowlers leaking runs for the team, Amir was brilliant with his skills for the team. Amir finished with decent numbers.
10. Shaheen Afridi:
The youngster had a good series against England team in the recently-concluded series. He would get the nod for the clash, as he is aware of the opposition batsmen. Wahab Riaz would make the way.
11. Hassan Ali:
He had a poor game against Windies. Ali was taken to the cleaners by Windies openers, especially, Chris Gayle. It would be interesting to see how he performs in the next clash against England.
